Thank you for inquiring about my services and experience as an agent. Sharon Bremer- I am a 20 year + resident to the Frederick, Md area. I have seen the many changes to our town over the years and have grown up enjoying the many wonderful locations Frederick and the surrounding areas have to offer. I have a great knowledge and appreciation for the area, it's neighborhoods, and the many exciting opportunities it presents for the first time homeowner, transferee or real estate investor.
As a widowed mother of three, I have been in the real estate business for 6 years. Prior to this career I had a great passion for real estate and had made it a hobby to learn all I could about the business before making it my career of choice. In addition, while being a working mother and wife I went on to purchase several rental properties which I currently still own and operate. I have first hand experience of all aspects of investing, from rehabbing, buy and hold to fix and flip, although none as easy as many books and programs will claim. I have purchased with 'no money down' and have successfully established a nice portfolio and net worth for myself in my spare time. I have done so on my own.
I am driven and a very dedicated person by nature and have brought that enthusiasm to my career as an agent. I absolutely believe that you can acheive great success by devoting 110% of yourself to everything you do, and I do just that for my clients. John Potter- I am a native of the Rockville area in Montgomery County, Md before moving to Frederick many years ago. I have been a business owner in Frederick for 20 years and have developed an excellent reputation for my attention to detail and professionalism. The quality of my services and knowledge of my business were unmatched in our area in my previous profession and I achieved great success. I have brought that same level of excellence to my real estate career and look forward to sharing that with all my clients.
I am currently licensed in Md and service all areas of Frederick, Washington and Montgomery Counties. I offer a vast knowledge of the buying and selling process as well as all aspects of home repair and construction. I, Sharon, am also the widow of Officer Mark Bremer who was killed in the line of duty in Frederick, Md in 2008. As a dear friend of my husband Mark, John joined the real estate industry as a means of helping me continue my career and provide for my 3 children after Mark's death.
